It's the energy efficient 45w dual core. I picked it up from the Egg a few months ago at $25. I'm trying to get a max overclock out of it and have it Prime stable at 3Ghz for 24 hours at the moment, but I'd like to go higher if I could. What's the maximum recommended voltage for this chip? I searched the forums, but we all know where that got me.

I noticed that in the Dirty Overclocking guide, they recommend no more than 1.45 for X2 processors, but I wasn't sure if that meant this one as well, or if all X2's were alike, etc.

The BE-2400 is a 65nm chip, so you could go up to 1.45V. I believe your BE-2400 is the same chip as the 5000+/5400+ Black Edition (G2 revision of the Brisbane core), and I have mine running at 1.4V.

That's the chip. Thanks for the info on the temps, that seems like quite the range, but thankfully mine hasn't topped 58C from what I've seen in Prime on both cores.
