That's one of my 70's favorites. Surely you can give 'em a couple of points for the historical content.

I would have added rap but there is maybe one song (can't really call it a song) that I like.

It was a song written and performed by Richard Carpenter as a tribute to his sister, Karen. It was titled "She's Not Heavy, She's My Sister".

LOL, okay that tops my entry I think, but "Feelings" by Burton Cummings gets honorable mention due to the extreme amount of airplay it got, until it was unbearable.

Some punk cover of Big Shot by Billy Joel that I heard a few months back. Not sure who did it, which is good because if I did know I'd be in prison now for a very very long time.

Randy Savage put out a rap album. Yes, that Randy Savage. It's horrible/hilarious.

Her cover of "Master of Puppets" was pure crap too.

The worst I've ever heard, I'm investigating the artist/title right now because I didn't catch it, I turned the TV off before the song was over. Some song on MTV a few days ago that I stumbled on while flipping through the channels. It was some woman rapping to what sounded like three repeating chords on an accordian, but far more annoying sounding than an accordian. During the chorus it upmixed to something like 5 repeating chords. The video was typical. The camera going back and forth between her rapping, posing, and dancing on a dance floor full of people.

How about Pat Boone's album "In a Metal Mood", where he sings covers of some classic rock/metal. Or, I'll go with that "Hey Ya" song. Gah. :puke;
