The bad grammar ones I don't typically remember, but I do remember one in which the guy mentioned every action word he could. He used these phrases and other ones interspersed throughout the work history.
"Facilitated the organizational hierarchy"
"Automated the implementation process"
I don't think it's bad to use buzz-words in a resume. That's why they're buzz-words -- at least they somewhat demonstrate the guy knows what he is talking about. Or has been around whatever they are referencing. As long as they aren't completely grasping at straws (like your facilitating synergies example).I too, love shifting paradigms and facilitating synergies.
