19/100 ~ Physics 2 with Calc 2 @ UF second exam..
Our overall grading scale in the class was just as fvcked up..
15% D, 30% C, 50% B, 70% A..
There were very few A's..
Our professor would ask 6-8 questions on an exam while each would require applying almost all of the equations that we learned for the entire exam.. They would have shortcuts in them that would allow them to be solved in a few minutes - but they were very hard to find and required doing everything in the exact right order.
I got a 48% C in that class..
EDIT: LOL.. I remember one that was even more fvcked up. The math department at UF is crazy.. Some professors will have an A average and others will have a D average.. There is no requirement for a professor to have a curve in that department for some reason.
I had a really tough DiffyQ professor during a 6-week summer semester course. There were 35 people there the first day and 30 people the second.. Then, on the last day to drop the course which was also our third exam, the class had gotten down to 7 people, including me.. I ended up dropping the class.. So, out of 35 people, there were potentially 6 that passed. I think I should get my goddamn tuition back for numbers that sh!tty.
