I had a lot of Vietnamese friends in High School, and one day they were all eating this shredded meat product from a little bag. Seeing that they were eating it made me know it should be safe, so I asked for some. They looked at each other and laughed, so I figured it was some kind of spicey meat that would kick my butt. I ate some and they all started howling with laughter... "Its dog! My grandmother just brought it over from Vietnam!!!"

Eh... whadya do.

i've had squid and love it. the weirdest is probably fish head. it was at an indian friend's house. it was a fish curry pretty much but with the fish heads as well as pieces. don't mean to sound too sick but the brain and the eye were the tastiest. i think there is a brazilian dish with fish heads also but i haven't had it.

Whole baby squid at a Chinese restaraunt in Singapore. You actually pop the whole
thing in your mouth and spit out the backbone. I only had one.

Also had a dish called drunken prawn at the same dinner, but it was pretty good.
