Whats the trick to running stable with all 4 dimm's full?

I know that the OP is talking about his Gigabyte board, but I am wondering if someone can provide feedback about the board I am seriously considering, the P5B-Deluxe.

I hope to pair that with an E63x0, and OC with 4x1GB DIMMs somewhere over 400Mhz hopefully. I really figure on purchasing PC6400, so the amount over 400 I would think wouldn't be that substantial, but I hope to get somewhere over 400.
