Yes it is Oakenfold's Ready Steady Go. But it is a Korean remix of it, I believe.

Sorry, no idea if you mean online. It's listed on the Collateral soundtrack. Amazon lists it without the "Korean Style" modifier, but the audio preview includes the Korean samples.

My sister didn't care when I pointed it out during the car chase in The Bourne Identity.

I don't know if I like the original with English samples. I like the non-vocal version best, but the Korean Style mix has associations with the club scene. I just re-watched it - electronica + Korean girls + guns. 😀
