What's the proper way to word these sentences?

i usually write my main point, then explain in parenthesis.

ie: Anyone have reviews on Walmart's Viva tires? (I need new tires soon.)

I'm no english professor, but that looks horrible.

How do i better phase that? Or link on how to write better to explain your point?
