What's the problem?

I don't understand this. I'm trying to overclock my 1.4GHz Tbird but I'm getting nowhere. I have an Epox 8KHA+ mobo. I've set my Core Voltage to 1.800 Volts, kept my 133 MHz FSB speed, and changed my CPU ratio to 11. okay.... 1466 MHz should be no problem, right? well, after I reboot, my paused my POST to see the stats of my mobo and CPU. The CPU temp is an nice, cool 36C on average. But when I continue booting (into 98SE), Windows gives me a protection error. How the heck is it becoming unstable already?? 🙁
Any suggestions/ideas?

BTW, I've clocked it up to 1533MHz and it still runs around only 37C, but still won't boot. Some NTLFD error or something.
