What's the point of wearing socks?

Underwear I understand, but socks?

Going commando with the footsies leaves little danger. Plus you never need to play the sock matching game, only to end in frustration when you realize the dryer ate another one.

If only it were permissible business attire...

If I'm not wearing shoes...I'm not wearing socks. As soon as sandle weather rolls around....I never wear socks! Unless of course I go for a hike or go work out.

What risk is there going w/o underwear?

For socks, I only have two types, whites and black dress, easy to not get them mixed up. Socks also keep my stinky feet from making my shoes stink horribly.

I agree. I have 2 main kinds, the short crew kind and the regular kind. Very easily distinguished. As such, I never fold them. In the drawer. There's only two kinds, and of different style no less. Makes life easy
