Find happiness. At the end of the day, if you're on your death bed all you're going to think of is how you lived your life. You might be filthy rich but unhappy. At that time, you'd probably give it all away for a day extra, or satifaction that you've lived your life well.

When faced with a tough decision, I call it a 'deathbed moment' ie, if you were to look back on what you're up to now, what would you choose.

Seriously, I have found the most fulfillment in my life by being true to myself (no lying to myself about my motives or objectives) and working to be a better person each day, especially in my family life.
