there are news blogs devoted to specific subjects... ie political blogs where people can contribute by postin g political articles regarding israel... or others where an individual can put his or her own spin on news topics... plus the commenting feature allows me to see a multitude of opinions regarding certain topics
some small businesses (ie bicycle makers) use blogs to post news about their products... instead of fiddling with html or hiring a web designer they use the templates to talk about their updates
my friends and i are in a small private "ring"... we're at the age where we each have our own lives and live in different parts of the country (and the world).. its a convenient way to shoot the shlt and keep ourselves updated with one-another
blogging is just a versatile format .. it doesnt necessary = online diary
