I like my bacon wrapped in a filet, but that's just me. Making breakfast takes a while.

(actually I don't eat bacon, or breakfast for that matter).

This may very well be the most stupid question ever asked by anyone in any format in the entire history of the entire world...

Of course it'll be topped tomorrow by another JEDI question. Then the day after that. And after that one...

lol.. what a sad life to do nothing but troll my threads

Bacon FTW. Know what's even better? Bacon, in Poutine! It's to die for. Knocks a few days off your life, guarantee, but it's worth it.

The scene in Hot Shots! when Charlie Sheen and that hot chick are in bed and he's putting various items on her stomach. When he puts two slices of bacon and a couple of eggs, along with some hash browns...MMMMMmmmmm breakfast never looked so tasty!

You really don't need to taste the bacon; it adds flavor to the shrimp, filet, etc. You wrap the filet in bacon before you cook it, and that makes it tastier.

Not only that it adds a buffer to the heat. Cooking anything surrounded in fat always tastes good. Why do you think the ribeye/prime rib is so tasty?

After I started playing around with buffalo meat that fact became even more apparent.

Ruins the taste of the beef or shrimp. You want to know why Americans are fat? Because everything has be wrapped in something, slathered in something, or dipped in something.

I'm not fat and I love all of the above. Everything in moderation my generalizing friend.

um, why does the filet have to be soaked in butter, and why does the shrimp have to be battered? there's other places to eat than Red Lobster.
