i love the music in that Wendy's commercial with the burger going up high and then back down to a single patty.

:music: satis-faction :music:

I find that commercial absolutely repugnant. And I like Wendy's.
I find Wendys absolutely repugnant. And I like that commercial.

:p

actually, i do like me some Wendy's spicy chicken.

Burger King should be charged with attempted manslaughter.

Most people who eat this will not likely eat a small salad and prunes for breakfast and dinner...

you are a idiot. NOBODY is forcing anyone to eat at Burger King. IF you choose to eat one of those then you are responsible for whatever happens to you NOT burgerking.

If you ask, they will make it higher. I worked at a Wendys for 3 years and in that time I made at least 10 quad-patty burgers, a few 6-patty burgers, even once somebody ate a 9-patty burger just to beat the current record at the store of 8.

Can't you get 'double the meat' or something like that at Wendy's? I know you can get bacon on anything for a charge, too.

I don't eat the Triple all the time, but man, after a hard day of working on my parent's yard there's no better treat. Toss on a baked potato and a Frosty and I'm in heaven.

Then in your case since you don't eat it much anyway you should go for the supreme, as opposed to those who over-indulge.

I had a Kong sized whopper one time because I hadn't eaten all day at work and I had a Toastmasters meeting right after work.

It was really good, but I felt sick right after I ate it. :p

if you burn 3500 calories a day, a double cheeseburger is a great way to get a lot of calories in, with carbs and protein, albeit with a lot of fat, cholesterol and grease as well. But, on a diet of that many calories, the amout of fat etc is actually pretty small. It's still nowhere near healthy, but it's not as bad as if you were on a 1800 calorie diet and eating that stuff.

From their site:

1230 cal, 740 from fat, 82 grams of fat and it just gets worse from there!

Why not just stick a double whopper in a blender with biggie fries and make it a health shake.

Burger King should be charged with attempted manslaughter.

Only in America... :

how about taking some responsibility instead of just blaming others you lazy jackasses

Just ask for an extra 4oz patty on the burgers. I believe it's an extra 99 cents per.

A triple cheese burger, specifically from burger king, is by far superior to any other burger. The heat of the 3 patties fully melts the cheese which in turn seals in all the juices from the beef. You end up with an extremely moist burger with lots of flavor.
