Whats the P4 Northwood's Default VCore?

1.50v, but I've yet to see a board that kept it steady at default settings. 1.42v is fine if the chip is stable, especially at stock speed. It's always a good idea to run a CPU with as little voltage as necessary to maintain a given clockspeed. :)

But wouldnt the P4 clock - throttle as a result? Im experiencing very bad seti wu crunch times, i mean less than that of my P3 1000 (which is now a server).

Clock throttling has more to do with the overall cpu core temp I do believe.

That happens to be running at 58C. Thats bad too... I have 4 fans running in this puppy and still no go.
