what's the optimal setting for IE temp internet files?

i've been hearing that smaller is better since it takes too much time to retrieve them.... is this about right? is 100 mb okay? i had it at 3 gb earlier :Q
 
Mine's set at 75mb, History's at 3 days. I read about that at a "Tips & Tricks" site somewhere, don't remember exactly where though
