Several of my friends houses dated to revolutionary times when I lived in connecticut. Since then, the oldest buildings I have been in have been castles in Ireland...it is hard to say which one was the oldest because the definition of "ruin" could be debated.

I honestly don't know... I've been almost everywhere in the Washington DC/Arlington/etc area so whatever the oldest building there is, I've probably been there. Never been farther than Chitown so I don't have many choices.

Been to Notre Dame, also living in the North East, there are many houses from the late 1600's that I have been in.

I have also been in some really old buildings in Europe, just not sure what the dates were. But I am pretty sure
the real old ones were pre 1000.

150 year old pharmacy and a 150 year old hardware store. Both still in buisness. They were built during the California gold rush.

I visited a house(John Bowne's House) which was built in 1661...and is this 343 years old this year. The floorboards were damned creaky =p
