What's the nutritional value of a drumstick of chicken?

Drumstick of chicke, or leg, whatever. Normal sized, actually organic.

I'm searching online and getting some crazy results which I don't think are true...

Anyone?

Fried chicken sounds so good right now. Ogmsdsdnomnomnomnom

(Hmmm, the new forum auto-de-capitalizes posts... 🙁 )

Yo thanks people!!! You guys are the best!

I'm trying to split up my meals so I don't eat too much protein at one time and waste it...

I'm afraid to ask but, how would eating a sufficient amount of protein (even an entire days worth) at one sitting be wasting it?

I was under the same process of thought, but apperently 20 grams is the golden number that you can process at one sitting, and eating more would be just shitted out...

Eat 20, then eat 20 more in an hour, etc.

I get this info from the March issue of Men's Health Magazine...

They tested like a bunch of people, people who ate 20 grams, or people who ate 90 grams, etc. They all had the same results, the people who ate more just wasted it.

It's ok, but I'm not rich, and organic meats are expensive yo.

Don't waste money on "organic" food then?
