Whats the next new intel socket?

I was under the impression it was 2011, due later this year. I keep seeing people mention 1365 and 1355 and 1356 and various other numbers. Only ones i found on wiki was 1356 and 2011.

Im still going with 2011 as the 1356 says article has an out of date stamp on it. So is that right? 2011 is up next?

LGA2011 should rain on us in December 2011.
(it replaces X58 platform-1366)

However, you'll probably have to hide your wallet. (prices)

2011 will be next. It will be expensive.

At time we only have processor sockets for the desktop in 1156, 1155 and 1366. The socket 1366 is our high end processor socket. In January we release 2 new boards for socket 1366 the DX58SO2 and the DX58OG so I think those boards will be with us for some time yet.

Dude u guys heard me wonder about 1356.

i have some more info on it.

From what i heard its a branch of the beckton series.
So they will be octo cored.

Also the 1356 board is a dual cpu board.

What im worried about is 2011. I dont think we'll see it this year.. well i may, but u guys probably wont.
That means i'll be on a craptastic reference board until intel gets finalized in there launch schedule.

Or if worse comes to worse i'll be boardless like when the i7's got launched and probably do something stupid like this:

I doubt Intel is not going to release their 2nd plateform this year after the hurt they've felt with LGA 1155.
