It's two or three layers of thin wafer-like cookie, with sweet filling sandwiched in between.

Anyone know what I mean?

Not KitKat, it's not a chocolate bar.

EDIT: In fact, no chocolate at all. Maybe some versions of it have chocolate, I haven
't looked around.

I know exactly what you are talking about, but can't recall the name.

Are you talking about the ones where the wafers are orange and the filling is white?

Can't remember the name of those but we used to eat them until we got sick as kids.

My recollection has those colors flipped, but I suppose anything is possible.

They're wafers and they're sold in the cookie aisle of your local supermarket. Mother's makes them (same people who make those frosted Animal Cookies), but I think most are generic brands.

nf wins - that's what those are. Generic are good, but honestly nothing beats the vanilla ones ... I think the chocolate and strawberry taste funny.

I think you got it. Definitely the right product, or else very very similar to it. Thought it might have had a different brand name but this will do. Thanks! :)

As I've mentioned, Loackers make one of the best sugar wafers.

These are the ones I remember which fit the description. They had a vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry flavor and they also came in a neopolitan pack.
