It's called 03 Bonnie and Clyde feat Beyonce from Destiny's Child, and it does have a guitar twang at the begining too if that helps.

That's the same thing as "Girlfriend"

The song is a sample of a 2Pac song, "Me and My Girlfriend", in which he uses the lyrics "...in '96 Bonnie and Clyde, me and my girlfriend"
All Jay-Z did was change the lyrics around... the background beat is exactly the same as the 2Pac version

EDIT: LOLyourFace... you might be thinking of the Nelly remix of Nsync's "Girlfriend" song... I can see how one could mistake them for a female group ;-D

The guitar in that song doesn't sound like the guitar in "He Got Game" so I'm pretty sure that's not it.
