Do you mean Down's syndrome? I don't think it would actually be considered a disease though, more of a genetic thing.
 
Down's syndrome, that's what it is. Someone in my class has that, real nice guy. Iv'e always wondered what that condition was named, but I never really asked anyone because I didn't want to seem rude.
