It's from the Unreal Tournament III soundtrack (not surprising considering the content of the video). I have it, instantly recognized it.
There's some good music in that soundtrack. I didn't like the game itself that much over the previous iterations in the series, but at least the music is decent.

I also recommend orchestral music if you need background music but need to focus on other things (like coding). In particular, scores to movies, video games and TV shows work well. So does New Age music. I'm a big fan of Yanni (seriously, he's awesome).

By the way, Unreal Engine 3 is not new, it's been out for several years.

Unreal Engine 4 is the one that's coming out next year.
