There was something similiar that happened in real life. Someone kept track of the winning number for a few hours, and computed out what was most likely to win.
That is rediculous. A truly random roulette wheel is never predictable, just because the last twenty spins all landed on 10, doesn't mean the 21st spin will. However, calculating ball speed and analysing the shape and dynamics of a roulette wheel would work, though.
