kidney stones when i was 20. that was so sick. peeing blood was bad, but then because of my age the doctors thought I had an STD and decided to put a giant q-tip in my urethra.
2nd most painful was the abdominal pain after a bi-lateral involuntary hernia surgery when i was 17.

I can totally relate to Darwin333's debreeding woes.. though not over as much of my body (80% of feet), that is by far the worst pain that I think there is in the entire world. So much pain that with 3 nurses holding you down with their full body weight at age 13 I was able to break free of their grip. Imagine this every day for weeks.. it still gives me nightmares.

LOL
Just finished watching FMJ on HD DVD.

Migraine headaches, by far the most excruciating pain I've ever felt...the worst part is there's no cure, just remedies that work sometimes..

two things really and neither hurt happening.

almost completely bit off my tongue. Didn't really hurt until they injected whatever the fvk they did...the syringe was the size of a baby's arm it seemed.

went out a window during a fireman's carry from the 2nd floor. Landed across the railing into the pool down below. Just slid down it my friend said and sunk to the bottom...he came down and pulled me out. Didn't really hurt either then...two days later and about then next 3-4 months I could hardly stand up straight. Don't know why I toughed it out.

Didn't have any permanent damage though.

Broke my nose, concussion, lightly fractured left arm, multiple scars on my face, one large patch of skin missing from my back. How do I put it.... my stupidity sent me down a set of stairs on my bike and I endoed into the concrete. There were hand bars, which I got the back with and landed on grass about 3 meters away from where my bike was. Hurt like a bitch, and you get 2 black eyes from breaking your nose!

Slipped on a high dive and fell onto concrete from 15 feet up landing directly on both kneecaps.

Broke one. Not something that ever really fixes itself, had to be surgically reconstructed and still aches to this day.

When I was 4, I dropped a hammer on my toe. I wanted to "fix" something, but toe got a little banged up instead.

Hmm... nothing far far severe...

The worst I'd have to say is leg/toe cramps... Those things HURT (just not as bad as eye strain)...

The least painful thing that should've been painful, having a cleaver fall on my foot and making a one inch gash (I think it cut the nerve).

Damn, I can almost feel that. I have read a few high diver accident stories and all flash through my head whenever I decide to dive off a high board.

I don't do fancy stuff...just enjoy the free fall on the way down.

Migraines used to screw me up..now it's just an hour or so that I can't see right, some numbness / tingling and about a week of a dull thud.

I can't remember what I did exactly, I think it was bio-feedback stuff when I was around 15-16 that I read up on. I remember it was right after they really started crippling me, I was prescribed various meds and they all were worse than the headache. I think it was imitrex that I took and vomited up black stuff right after. Thought I killed my liver. Ended up passing out.

Never took scripts for migraines after that. I will sometimes pop a couple painkillers when I start getting the flashing lights or tingling though...seems to curb the headache a bit.

too all the emos, I don't think this thread is really about deaths and lost loves...it's obvious the OP wasn't shooting for that. Otherwise I am sure everyone above could drag some sob story out of their closet.
