What's the most # of computers you had on a single DSL/Cable modem account?

At my apt, we have 10 computers connected through a router/switch/hub network shared through 1 home dsl account. Anyone else do something liek this before?

I've had 12 or 13 on mine at once, in the same basic config as you.

It's not actually 1 apt, it's going through another adjacent apt as well. So 2 apts! BWAHAHAHAHAHHAA.

Wait, at times, 4 or 5 if I'm building boxes for other folks and using the connection to d/l updates for OS and programs.

probably 8..I have had 5, and my neighbor has at least 2 or 3, so, 7 or 8 total

USB DSL modem => my WinXP machine w/ ICS => 8-port switch => other computers owned by myself and my 5 roommates. We have actually had 8 at a time hooked up (7 other machines besides mine) (including my Linux laptop, 3 Power Macs, and other Win9x/Me/XP machines). As soon as I get another hub, I'm going to have more hooked up

and hopefully soon I'll get a PCI USB card to throw in a P133 running Linux to be our firewall/router so my machine doesn't have to stay on all the time
