100 dollar bill when I was about 10. I was riding my Schwinn Mag Scrambler (yea....figure my age with that one) when I saw that baby laying on the ground. Probably had a stomach ache after all the candy too.

34 twenties in a roll. i was walking out of a theater and noticed some green on the ground, i picked it up put it in my pocket without even looking at what it was. got in the car and pulled out the wad, 34 twenties.

Me: About two years ago I went into the bathroom at a restaurant and I found two USPS money orders for $340. 😀

I took them, called the restaurant later and told my story. I held onto them for two weeks, but alas no one claimed them. (I never told them the amounts, only the true owner would know.) They had the receipt stubs still on them, too.

Free $340 for me. 😀

You can claim money orders that is written for other people? Don't they check ID when u try to cash it?

A few years ago i had just cashed my paycheck (didnt have direct deposit yet) of $1150 and was going to pay the deposit on a car. When i lost my wallet! bah i was so ticked off.

No offense but the word, "karma" comes to mind.

$20 at the bottom of the pool. Not much compared to the billions you've found...but i was 15 at the time. Too bad I used it to pay for AP testing...

A $200 BestBuy GC.
I always pick up discarded phonecards, GC, etc....and it never ammount to anything.
One day in the parking lot I picked up that BB GC and thought nothing of it.
Three days later when doing my laundry, I found it and gave a call....whoala $200.
Went there and got a MP3 player installed in my car....shweet !!

Most cash I've found was when I was busing table....found a $50 bill stuck in the seat.
Sorry but my motto is "finders....keepers".
