leave it to an american to trash stella artios, a consesus first rate beer among brewmaster s and and beer lovers. the rest of your list is also heretical. this entire list reads like a bunch of barabarian tasteless and uncouth uncultured americans with unsophiticated tastes trashing the best brews inthe world ( i love the women- too bitter! hahahah)

well, i wasnt born american, and stella is FAR from being consensus first rate. you dont know about my tastes... but if you consider corona one of the best in the world, then you've already invalidated yours (in my book)...

Rolling Rock... had it years ago when I was 17 and decided I hated it even though I wasn't very beer-experienced at that age. Had it again a few days ago - it tastes horrible. It seems like it's normal light beer mixed with water or something.

Bodington's... thought it was gonna be as good as Guinness Draught. Seems fairly tasteless for being as expensive as it is. It's the type of beer I'd like to drink in mass quantities.. There's nothing special about it.

belgians, generally... because, though they are good, they're not good for the price

quit yer whining.. American culture is everywhere.

If the entire world decided that American beers sucked, maybe they could say America doesn't know beer. But, since the world's best-selling beer is an American beer, you may STFU.

(Budweiser, btw)

Samuel Adams. Talk about bitter beer.. ugh

Agreed. I heard people talk about how great it was, the first time I tried it I thought I got a bad one. It really has an awful taste IMO.

It's a good beer.. The bitterness comes from the amount of hops they use. It's not a very good beer for pounding a few to get drunk. However, it's a great beer to go along with a rare steak or some loaded nachos.

I love beer. I brew my own (well, I did before kids) and have probably tried >150 varieties. I can drink Old Milwaukee, Bud Light, or any other American piss water you can name. The only beer I have not been able to finish is a French beer called Fischer...it tasted so metallic I thought there was a roll of pennies in the bottom.

Actually, i really, really hate Redback 😛 Not sure why other than wheat beer's never been my thing...

I've found VB to pretty undrinkable of late, that stuff just doesn't travel well, XXXX suffers from the same problem, it's good when your in brisy or some where on the coast of QLD but as soon as you go inland, the stuff turns to sh*t in can, my fav is MB or Calton Cold, sweet, sweet stuff

Heineken

This one is mine as well. The only reason I can figure that people think this skunk juice is good is because it is imported and expensive compared to the other beers in a typical bar.

WTF is the point of non alcoholic beer, half the reason you drink beer is to get plastered...what they actually think people drink beer for the taste...thats crazy talk

Rogue Dead Guy Ale

Tastes like dial soap to me. But everyone else loves the stuff.

😕

Oh, and Heineken. If you like paying for beer skunked from the factory, go for it. I'll take a Miller product instead for half the price.

Plastered on Beer?
That would take a LOT of beer.
If it's good beer, then you are talking an easy $100 or so at a bar.

It's much easier, and cheaper, to get plastered on Whiskey, Rum, Gin, Vodka, etc ....

I drink beer for the taste, but I only drink GOOD beer for the taste.

if you drink real beer (so at least 4.5%) then half a carton (12 375ml stubbies(about 1.4 standard drinks)) is a pretty big night, half a block (15 375ml tinnies, 1.4 standard drinks) a little more so...
