For me, it's AT. It goes downhill from there 🙂

The least civilized for me is probably d2jsp.org. I go there to trade for Diablo II items. Too many teenagers..
 
I visit Egullet.org regularly and it is quite civilized, but to be honest I don't frequent very many outside of AT.

That place sends shudders down my spine... thankfully my 2k fg over there just collects dust nowadays since I don't really do any trading anymore.

Didn't think a fellow ATer was over there.

yes. play on US East Ladder. Most characters just collecting dust. Only really duel with my assn nowadays.

I... I guess ATOT would be the most civilized TRUE forum.

If you're going to be loose with the term, I would consider /. to be more civilized.

The least civilized would be the silkroad forums. God damn 15 year old Turkish kids are annoying as hell, and they're mostly self-righteous botters.
 
A few electronics forums I visit are equal to AT.

I really try to avoid forums that are not civilized.
 
Most civilized - ATOT

Most uncivilized - any Newsgroup (for me it's rec.woodworking, rec.gardens, alt.home-repair). With no mods and no way to edit posts even these tame newsgroups can be like the wild wild west sometimes.

yea its pretty bad, mainily because they killed After Hours, however years ago it was even worse then it is now,

i pretty much only go into the anime/manga forum as its pretty nice, Ot every now and then to see what people are bitching about

yes it is, and Fausto too, but now the owner has decided that you have to *pay* to post/view the main off topic forum. there has been a lot of descent over that, and anyone complaining about it gets banned.

yea its active, for like 6 more months or something, i paied for a full year like 6 months ago so i could go into AH and look at porn
