For C2D, nominal voltage is 0.85V ? 1.5V, so the voltage should be safe. Max temp is 61.4C so make sure you don't exceed that.
For the 45nm Pentium Dual Core E6300:

1.4V would be slightly outside of the specs. It can however tolerate a higher temp of 74.1C.
