I have dynamic IP ISP
Using software firewall w/ WinXP PRO.

According to my firewall program it indicate

For example:

Protocol:UDP
Source IP Address:220.112.155.175
Source Port: 5188
Designation: 135
Description: NetBIOS Browsing

and....

Protocol: ICMP
Source IP Address: 68.117.58.166 / 68.42.19.181
Source port: N/A
Designation port: N/A
Description: Pin Attack.

What is all these information means?
And what can I do about this?
I know I can keep log off and log on again, that will assign me to new IP number. But what is the best way to prevent all these "attack"?

It means basically nothing, they are not attacks, they are normal internet "noise." You said yourself that you're using a software firewall, so why would you care about changing ips? Just ignore it.

Find a Time machine, and travel back to simpler times when Rocks and Sticks were the prevalent tools.

Net bios can be an attack based off a weak nt administrator password, browsing might be a scan for this exploit, more likely though it is just normal transmission, icmp ping attack is used in dDOS attacks, but it would have knocked you offline if they were really attacking you since your firewall doesn't block ddos.

hmm......I appreciate your answers. (I am still quite confused) :(
Not that I have anything important in my PC (single not network)
I am just...paranoid...or hate the idea someone is looking at my stuff.

In other word, don't worry about it at all?

Your firewall is doing its job fine. Do not concern yourself too much with the reports.
