I would go with rubbing alcohol or moonshine as being the manliest but both of those are shit SO if the OP is looking for something practical he should drink whiskey rocks or whiskey neat. Not scotch, not a blend, but straight whiskey. None of that fruity iceball shit either.

edit: or pruno. You've got some brass motha fuckin balls if you drink pruno on the regular outside of prison.

naw, just mentioning that theres other stuff in there than ethanol. if it was only ethaanol, it would be a cheap way to mix drinks (assuming you use the correct amount)

No question that Moonshine Whiskey is the nastiest stuff I've ever drank .... a friend of mine smuggled some bootleg Tequila back from a vacation in Mexico once & it was just as bad ... god knows what was in that stuff!

To me manly is whiskey. And I love me some whiskey. Then again I'm from kentucky and had straight moonshine plenty of times. they don't call it white lightening for nothing.

A man would not be concerned about his beverage making him look manly. If you need to ask you're not going to get there no matter what you drink.

Thank being said, men drink bourbon or scotch, either neat or with a single ice cube. Do that for a year and ask again, maybe you'll qualify as a guy in training.

It probably added some flavor to make the stuff more palatable, and helped ease their minds because they imagined they were actually making it safer to drink.

I can't believe that bread could really make aqua velva any safer to drink though.
