What's the lowest underclock you can get on your video card?

Post your results and the stock speed. It's funny, but if you go too low, you actually get artifacts.

This topic goes against everything I have come to know or believe in my life. I can't possibly imagine ever trying this. I am truly sorry. Bump for your cause, but I can't do more than that. I have to go rethink my life now and pray for your soul.

Sapphire 128meg 256-bit 9800Pro (R350)

Stock Speed: 378/338 (core/mem)

Underclocked Speed: 300/300

Overclocked Speed: 432/366 (determined by ATI Tool after 4+hours running with Artifact Scanner slider all the way to the left)

I also got to 300/300 on my 9800p, but only from a few minutes of playing around, it could probably go lower if I tried some more. It may sound stupid to underclock your gfx card, but say I leave my pc on overnight downloading some stuff, it would use less power when underclocked.

Less power = Less heat = Less noise = My formula to success :p

Its perfectly stable all day long at 300/300. Might try to lower it but its ok the way it is I guess.
