Whats the longest you ever waited for a rebate?

For those who are curious, the group that did Best Buy's rebates lost all the info sent to them by customers. We had a rebate sent in ($40 for Philips CDRW) in late 2001. Well news was that the group lost it and Best Buy went out and hired a new group to handle rebates. They're much better... but in the end, you have to call in and state that you sent in a rebate but never got it... cause they may have lost yours as well... Just an FYI.
 
Over 1 year for a ReplayTV $100 rebate. So I finally called their headquarters, they claim to have never received the rebate, e-mailed them my serial number, 2 weeks later I had a $100 check.
