What's the longest "leftover" you've eaten, timewise?

How long have you let something you cooked sit in the fridge before you ate it? I'm talking something mundane, like leftover thanksgiving turkey, or chili, or pizza even.

This roast is going on about a week and is a little gamey, but still good. :)

Don't you love how turkey and beef get that kind of greenish tinge after about a week?

Just nuke the hell out of it and eat it before if gets cold enough for the bacteria to multiply again.

hmm... not too long. my wife throws stuff out if it's in there more than a couple of days.

probably chili, 4 days after thawing it out and eating it initially

A week is usually fine. Just make sure you heat it up thoroughly before eating it.

My husband has a package of salami in the fridge, expiration date January 2007. I took it out last night and asked if I could throw it away. He retrieved it and put it back in the fridge, explaining that it's been in the freezer until two weeks ago, so it's still good. I'm not eating it...
