I bought a pair of sneakers tonight with a GC I had left-over from christmas... I found out the hard way this afternoon while shoveling snow that my current sneakers are separated from the sole in like a 2" strip. I've had them since March '06, though, so they've definitely had a good run for $50 sneakers.

It's been a while...probably a crappy supplemental textbook that was required but not available in the campus bookstore.

Wow...just perused my Amazon purchase history.

One CD in 1999, the textbook in 2007.

It's a good thing they don't depend on me to keep them in business...
