Ah, so you like Dream Theater, eh?

I don't like Six Degrees as much as their earlier albums. Images and Words is probably my favorite.

SDoIT is quite good, but I still prefer Scenes. SDoIT is a lot slower and there is less "instrument masturbation." But The Glass Prison and the entire second CD is incredible. Its just that the rest of the first CD is sort of weak comparatively. Images and Words is quite good, too. But theres just something about Scenes that I love... Quite easily one of my favorite albums of all time.

If you mean "last music CD" literally it was Bruce Springsteen Born In The USA, which I bought last week on half.com.

Before that, I received a shipment from overstock.com containing:
George Winston December
Low Christmas
Vince Guaraldi A Charlie Brown Christmas
Duke Ellington The Essential Collection, 1927-1962
Bruce Springsteen Live In New York
Dido No Angel
Robert Pollard and His Soft Rock Renegades Choreographed Man of War

All this Christmas music and I'm an atheist.

What else have I bought recently?

Sugar Besides
Lycia Estrella
David Gray A Century Ends
The Ectasy of Saint Theresa Box

That's about 3 weeks worth. I forget exactly what I bought just before these.

The last time I bought CDs was several weeks ago. I bought two. Audiovent's disc and Dezeray's Hammer's ("local" band, about 120 miles from where I live) album. I was going to buy 12 Stones the other day at Best Buy since it was on sale for like $6.99, but they sold out and I didn't feel like spending an extra 3 bucks to pick up TRUSTcompany's album.

God that Doves album is awesome... I bought all those new CDs last week and I'm still listening to Last Broadcast (had it for over a month now). Long live BritPop!

Its been so long I cant even remember. I used to have about 60 cd's but I got rid of almost all of them. Heres what I have left: A Very Brady Sequel Soundtrack(bought for Good Morning Starshine), Tom Petty - Wild Flowers, Conheads Soundtrack, Aerosmith - Get a Grip, The Breeders - Last Splash, and Jars of Clay single - Flood. I think I have some Nirvana somewhere also - for keepsake. Poor 'ol Kurt :(

You really like it? I don't think its anywhere nearly as good as Lost Souls. Haven't given the bonus disc a spin yet.

Anyways, my last CD purchases were:

Wilco -- Yankee Hotel Foxtrot
DMB -- Busted Stuff
Coldplay -- A Rush of Blood to the Head (preorder)
Blackalicious -- Blazing Arrow
The Pharcyde -- Labcabincalifornia (this is the 4th time I've bought it since it came out :D)
