What's the largest, most active "Off Topic" forum on the intertubes?

Anyone have an idea as to what boards might have the biggest OT following, not just the largest boards in general? i.e., not gaia

By "Off topic", I'm talking about an actual board for discussing "everything else", and one which isn't further sub-categorized (like the "social" section on AT).
 
Whoa... weird. I just tried to signup, and it said my email address was already in use. I have absolutely zero recollection of ever joining this site, though...

So I put in a random old username/pass combo I used to use, and surprisingly it was correct -- apparently I had signed up back in 2005. lol

Wow...Initiation time and charges for being able to use stuff like search and pm's and to even be able to access most of the forums. 🙁
