What's the horriblest story you've ever heard about food?

In restaurant, some guys prepare your food without wearing gloves. And they scrach their hairs/balls before touching your food. They pick up food dropped on the ground and directly put it back to your dish because they know you can't find the difference.

that title has the horriblest grammer known to man. did you type it without gloves and after scratching your hairs/balls?

Naw,

Mother-in-law got a chicken sandwich at a joint and when she bit into it this white goop splashed everywhere. Apparently there was a tumor on the chicken breast that expanded when fried...

Rather real sick actually

My good friend was at a local breakfast place and asked for waffles....he asked for them w/out sugar, since he is allergic to it, but the waiter didnt hear him I guess.

So when my buddy complained, the waiter was all nice and all, but he saw him lick the sugar powder off the waffles, then drop it down the back of his pants and fart!!!!!

he brought the waffles back like nothing ever happened and he had cooked new ones!!!

Unbelievable!

the cheaper ice creams have ethylene glycol in them (check the ingred.). That goes by another name in auto parts stores: AntiFreeze.

Mini Ravioli's were my favorite food growing up until one day when I was 12-13, I fixed myself a pan of them and started to eat them. Well I pulled a hair out of my mouth, then another and another. I started to think something was wrong and searched through the rest of my ravioli's and found a hairball (please note that I had eaten about half of the contents). I even hate thinking about it now some 25 years later. I threw up what I had eaten and threw the rest into the trash. If it happened now (no way it will with mini ravioli's - can't stomach them now for some reason) I would probably call the company and ship them the contents so someone can get whatever allowed that crap to be fired or fixed.

America is too get rich quick crazy though, I won't add to the madness by sueing a company for some employees mischief or mistake.

then wouldn't the ice cream be in water form when you bought it?

taco bell, this girl ate a taco with a roach in it. it layed babies in her gums and in a month her side of her mouth was a big as a basketball.

ewww:disgust:

seriously, Im a newspaper photographer, and in my last job, about 6 months ago, a lady brought in a can of asparagus...inside of it (the lid was still partially on) was dead, rotten, baby bird. The form was still clearly defined. We took pictures, and I questioned it myself until I found out it was the wife of a local politician and that she didnt even sue-she called the company and they offered her free coupons for more cans-and she accepted it at that. I couldnt believe it.

That's truly the worst thing I've seen or heard about.

<<<<then wouldn't the ice cream be in water form when you bought it? >>>>

im told its put in there to prevent it freezing rock hard with that "crystalline" look, to keep the consistency mushy. Ice cream is more than water, of course.

Edit:

Its also in Coke/Pepsi:

"Blindly we are subordinating to the western countries, aping them and accepting all they give. Our social life andmways of living have been influenced to such a large extent by the western ways, that our own desi way of things seems meaningless. With the coming of 'Kellogg's Cornflakes', many of the Indian homes have stopped eating the traditional, nutritious and rich in carbohydrate dosas and idlis for breakfast. Also high-calorie pizzas and burgers are replacing healthy and natural Indian dishes. Most of the Indian consumers are unaware of what's inside those tinned and frozen cans of Coke and Pepsi. A recent study has shown the extent of damage aerated drinks like Pepsi and Coke can cause to the body. The ethylene glycol is harmful and can slowly eat up the inner layers of the intestine and the carbon dioxide content can make one unconscious if drunk in excess quantity; also the high sugar content in it is unhealthy. But unfortunately, on an average basis, thousands of teens in India consume about a bottle of Pepsi or Coke daily."

Wasn't this a scene in Road Trip? Only it was french toast...and man that WAS sick! Did your friend eat them like the guy in the movie did? :disgust:

My cousin and I went to the same high school---he was a year ahead of me. Anyway, we had these vending machines that you could get these small cans of Cambell's soup. My cousin gets a can of chicken nodle soup one day, heats it up, and starts eating it. After about 4 spoonfulls, he sees something strange looking in the can---turns out to be a chicken beak. He ended up puking all over the place, and to this day, he won't go near chicken in any form.

That is not true. It was exposed as a myth.

Once at taco bell i bite into a mexi nugget with a hair ball in it. and not to long ago i got a package of jerky and inside the package in a piece of the jerky was a shard of metal, i ended up getting lots of free jerkey.

I read about some guy a long time ago at a McDonald's, he ordered a burger and found a rat tail embedded in the patty.

I have two stories, both make me sick to my stomach thinking about them..

1. I was about 11-12, ordered some chicken nuggets from McDonalds. Bit into one and it was COLD and GOOEY inside. Apparently it was still raw and uncooked. I was always under the impression that the chicken was processed and cooked a good dozen times before making it into nugget form, but I guess I was wrong. It was very clearly COLD RAW CHICKEN. I nearly threw up.

2. I went to this sketchy bagel place and ordered a turkey sandwich. After I had eaten the entire thing, I looked into the box and noticed that in the water from the lettuce on the sandwich, a dead spider was floating. I had never been so repulsed. But then again, what should I expect from an establishment that had brown goop all over the kitchen walls? Ugh.
