NES and original Gameboy .. 20s.

My sister would routinely get into the 30s, way way way better at it than I was.

My friend's sister was awesome at the NES version. I think she could play until the game locked up.

AT member Arkaign (Thor) is verifiably the world champion at the NES version and was featured in the documentary "Ecstasy of Order."

Highest level on Tetris was level 20 or 10 heart. The heart levels technically went past 10 but I don't think they got any faster. I think I got up to like 18 heart or something.

I beat the original B&W gameboy version repeatedly. I was also able to fill the entire screen with snake on the original snake game on nokia before losing.

I can routinely break 250k points (3rd rocket). I start at level 7, and generally hit about level 19. I probably have around 25-30 tetrises. I play the original gameboy tetris. My legs usually fall asleep and I have to get off the toilet.

My highscore was like 515,000 or so.. I can't remember exactly, just that it was a bit over 500k. I actually didn't even hit level 20 on that game, it was just one of those super lucky games where I got almost nothing but Tetrises.

I was real pleased with myself beating my mom's score since she played way more than me. Then I found high score pages with dozens and dozens of people maxing out the score at 999,999 and stopped feeling very good.

Sub an old thread but I've played the NES version several times in the last week.
