There was a singer in the 80's, Jane Child. She had a nose piercing with a hoop, then a chain connecting the chain from her nose to her ear.
It totally worked for her.

I should also mention she has a lip ring (stud), tongue ring (stud) and eyebrow ring (loop). None look trashy in my opinion, wife or not.

Exactly. I think it's pretty ignorant and/or shallow to determine the type of person someone is from something as simple and small as a piercing.

I don't consider something like that to be a piercing.
If I see a nose/tongue ring, yeah the person is automatically trashy unless he/she can prove to me otherwise.
