Prancer

I know I saw at least a few before that but thats the first I remember because I was too short to see the screen so the babysitter I was with (weird situation, I don't know/remember how it came about) got together all the people's coats who were sitting next to us for me to sit on so I could see.

I was about 5 years old.

When I was a kid we didn't have those new fangled moving pictures, we had to watch shadow puppets on the wall. 🙂

I vaguely remember seeing a couple of the Nightmare on Elm street movies in the early 80s.... I remember seeing Indiana Jones 2...... Hmmm....

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

I now own it on DVD...bought it the day it was released 😉.

Casey Jones: Not even close, Zip Neck. Professor and Mary Ann. Happily ever after.
Donatello: No way, Atomic Mouth, Gilligan was her main man. They'd be married and have six kids by now.
Casey Jones: Gilligan was a geek, Barfarooni!
Donatello: You're the geek, Camel Breath!
Casey Jones: Dome head.
Donatello: Elf lips!
Casey Jones: Okay let's give this a try: Fongoid!

I also remember watching on TV at age 5 ,🙁 🙁
President John F, Kennedy's funeral

Probably the most traumatic thing I remember on TV as a kid
was the Challenger explosion.. I think I was in the first grade.
We were watching it live in class, and my teacher was going on
about there being another teach on board..

Then all of a sudden.. BOOM!

Us kids didn't really understand what just happened at the time

The Outlaw Josey Wales. My father took me and my sister to see it at the drive-in, and we repaid him by making a helluva mess in the back of his brand new Ford Grenada. I guess i repaid him years later by all those times i washed his car for him 🙂

You know you're old if when you were growing up, every movie theater only had one screen.
