If I had to, Sleeping pills, or antihistamines like benadryl. Not the best way to put oneself to sleep though.
A more natural way is get ready for bed and curl up in bed with a good book. Puts me to sleep reasonably quick.

Well the problem is I woke up really late today. Like around 4pm, so going to sleep 2night will be a tough one

I usually read to get tired.

Even if it is an interesting book it always works.

Sound to me like you drink a fair amount of caffiene!
I suffer the fate of never sleeping more than 2-4 hours a night.
This week I've cut down my caffiene, I have my Coffee in the AM, and stopeed drinking any caffinated drinks after about 7 or so. Been working good so far, except the caffiene withdrawal headaches (OUCH!). I've been getting to bed by 5am and getting up at about 10 or so.
Better than my usual 6 or 7am go to bed, get up at 9am routine.
I figure I'm almost 30, if I don't sleep soon, i'm not gonna make it to 40! :Q

Melatonin does wonders for making you sleeply. Doesn't leave you with that drugged up feeling the next day either.
