What's the direction that these specific fans should be blowing?

Just picked up the Chieftec BX series case and an Aspire X-Dreamer II from newegg and would like to know how I should orient these fans.

The obvious ones are:

CPU fan: blowing ON CPU
PSU fan: OUT
Intake fan (2 x front): IN
Exhaust fan (2 x rear): OUT

The not so obvious ones:

Side window fan: ???
Fan on top: ???
Fan on motherboard tray: ???

fans on the side usually blow cool air directly over the cpu, and the one on top should blow hot air out (since heat rises) and what do you mean about one on the motherboard tray?

On my case, there's a fan on the tray that holds the motherboard, as seen here, in this review.

I don't know how the side fan lines up with your CPU and videocard, but the side panel fan on my Chieftec Matrix lines up almost perfectly with my AGP slot, so I have it blowing out to pull the heat from my GF4 Ti4200 out of the case. Don't have the equipment to do a smoke test, but it seems like this orientation, combined with the rear fans blowing out of the back of the case and the bottom PSU fan sucking air up into the PSU creates a nice bit of negative pressure towards the back of my case that helps pull a lot of cool air in through the front of the case. I don't even have my bottom front fan installed (just the one in the hard drive cage) but you can still feel a pretty decent amount of suction if you put your hand in front of the hole. Sure, it's gonna suck a lot of dust into my case, but it keeps things nice and chilly.

According to that review, the fan in question should be blowing cool outside air IN across the first HDD bay.

I'll say one thing for that case, there won't be a lack of dust inside.
