Whats the diffrence between an Alpaca and a Llama?

Ear shape
Hair quality (alpacas have warm, soft, fiber that's very strong -- llamas have more bristly hair)

Hair quality and ear shape yes, but there are mini-llamas now that are about the same size as alpacas (we have both)
