Whats the difference?

The second one comes with the SLI motherboard. Not worth it IMO when the price difference is that large.
 
Actually guy if you look up the evga motherboard it is 125 dollars, and they only charge you around 75 if you buy it bundled which is 50 less, good deal IMO if I was going to get that mobo. I was going to but it doesnt support athlon 64 x2 nativeley. Marketing is crap sometimes oh look "we will give you this sli motherboard for free if you buy our 7800gt" Price check!!! its not god darn free, its at a discounted price darnit. fools!
