What's the difference in there PSU's?

Your current one will PROBABLY run your proposed system just fine, but IMO, you'll be close to maxing it out. (comparing total wattage, not 12v rail I don't find the actual card requirements, only the system requirements)

IMO, yes, a good quality 500-600 watt unit would be a worthwhile purchase.
