What's the difference in there PSU's?

Current one I own: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...20bp550%20plus Just looking to see if this is much of an upgrade and will my current one run a quad core amd phenom cpu, and a 6850 radeon gpu along with 4 gigs of RAM? Your current one will PROBABLY run your proposed system just fine, but IMO, you'll be close to maxing it out. (comparing total wattage, not 12v rail I don't find the actual card requirements, only the system requirements)

IMO, yes, a good quality 500-600 watt unit would be a worthwhile purchase.
