The SO looks to be a newer 5870 model. Seems to have a new cooling solution and a bump of the core clock to 950 mhz and the memory to 5000mhz effective over the stock. It also appears to have an extra DVI output.

For ~$105 more you get a 950MHz/5000MHz part vs. an 850MHz/4800MHz part.
