What's the difference between Nero and Nero Express?

I just got Nero Express with my DVD burner.

I was considering buying Nero, but since I just got Express, is there any real reason to buy the Ultra edition?

with nero you get the burning rom program that allows for a lot more configuration of your disc and allows to create dvd menus and stuff like that...
really though express is all a person needs

Express is like a standalone Nero wizard. It's the OEM copy that you get for free w/ most burners nowadays. I do everything w/ express and it works fine and fast.
